Briefly explain one specific historical development that resulted in the ideas presented by alexis de tocqueville in the period of 1800 to 1848. (apush)
As Democracy in America revealed, Tocqueville believed that equality was the great political and social idea of his era, and he thought that the United States offered the most advanced example of equality in action.
More about Alexis de tocqueville :
Tocqueville, Alexis Charles Henri Clérel, comte de Tocqueville, was a French aristocrat, diplomat, political scientist, political philosopher, and historian. His most famous works include Democracy in America and The Old Regime and the Revolution.
In both, he examined individuals' living standards and social conditions, as well as their relationship to the market and the state in Western societies. Democracy in America, which was published after Tocqueville's visits to the United States, is now regarded as an early work of sociology and political science.
Tocqueville was involved in French politics during both the July Monarchy and the Second Republic that followed the February 1848 Revolution. After Louis Napoléon Bonaparte's coup on December 2, 1851, he retired from politics and began work on The Old Regime and the Revolution.
Tocqueville argued that the French Revolution was important because it continued the process of modernising and centralising the French state begun by King Louis XIV. He blamed the Revolution's failure on the inexperience of the deputies, who were too fixated on abstract Enlightenment ideals.

1. Find a loaf of common wheat bread, count the slices
per loaf, and calculate the amount of water used to
produce each slice. Calculate the amount of water
used to produce one-third pound of beef. Combine
these two to arrive at the approximate amount of
water used to produce an average restaurant
hamburger.
A loaf of common wheat bread typically contains 12 slices. To calculate the amount of water used to produce each slice, divide the total amount of water used to produce the entire loaf by 12 (the number of slices).
What is average
Average is a term used to describe a value that is calculated by taking the sum of a set of numbers and then dividing the sum by the total number of values in the set. This is also known as the mean. An average can also be used to compare different sets of data or to find out the typical value of a set of data. For example, a person may want to find out the average monthly income of all employees in a company. This would involve taking the sum of all the employees' incomes and then dividing it by the total number of employees. The resulting number would be the average monthly income of all employees in the company. Similarly, average can be used to compare different sets of data. For instance, a company may want to compare the average monthly income of its employees with the average monthly income of employees at other companies. By calculating the averages of both sets of data, the company can determine which group earns more on average. As such, average can be a useful tool for making comparisons between different sets of data.

in Frankenstein using allusions, characterization, and POV?
SparkNote is not working ;-;
Answer:
In Frankenstein, Mary Shelley portrays the theme of the danger of knowledge through allusions, characterization, and point of view. In the preface, Shelley alludes to the myth of Prometheus and his punishment for stealing fire from the gods, which serves as a warning about the consequences of pursuing forbidden knowledge. Through the characterization of Victor Frankenstein, Shelley explores the idea of hubris, as Victor is consumed by his ambition and refuses to recognize the consequences of his actions. Finally, Shelley uses the point of view of Victor’s creation, the creature, to explore the idea of knowledge without morality, as the creature is left without guidance or moral instruction. Ultimately, Shelley suggests that knowledge can be dangerous, and must be pursued with caution
Mary Shelley portrays the theme "The Danger of Knowledge" in her novel "Frankenstein" through various literary devices.
What are the device?Allusions: Shelley uses allusions to ancient myth and the story of Prometheus to highlight the dangers of seeking knowledge and playing the role of a creator.

Also, POV: Shelley utilizes a first-person narrative from the perspectives of Victor and the monster to explore the psychological effects of their actions and the consequences of their knowledge. "Imagine that your high school or college has been overrun with zombies. Your math professor, the cafeteria ladies, and even your best friend have all joined the walking dead. Flesh out a plan to avoid the zombies, including where you’d hide and the top-five things you’d bring to stay alive." (250 words or less)
Answer:
this will be fun
Explanation:
If in the circumstance that my entire school has been overrun by the walking dead, this is how I would continue to stay alive. If I were in a situation where I am being chased by the living dead and if I didn’t hide somewhere fast I would inevitably die, this is where I would hide. First I would find the nearest air vent and check to make sure that it is over a locker, the locker will act as a obstruction more than an actual locker, and break into the air vent. This is due to the fact that vents will naturally be connected to rooms that you need keys to enter, or even the outdoors. But if I could not find any escape routes and I must fight to survive, then I would locate the cafeteria and enter the kitchen. I would then find knifes and throw them at the zombies, but I must keep in mind that the knifes are not infinite in number and that I must have a backup weapon. So my second weapon of choice is a fire extinguisher since fire extinguisher are commonly found in cafeterias and kitchens in case the stove overheats and starts a raging fire. I would fire the fire extinguisher at the barricade of zombie faces to temporarily lower their vision, I would continue to rapidly whack the zombies in the head until they die because a fire extinguisher is made of metal. Lunch trays are also a viable option, same goes with hardcover textbooks. They both can give a hard hit to the head and possibly knock out the zombies. But if all hope is lost, there are no lockers with vents over them, no knifes, fire extinguishers, lunch trays, or textbooks on the entire campus. I would find the nearest class room, use the strength gained by the forces of adrenaline to lift the desks and throw them at the zombies. This is my plan to survive a literal zombie apocalypse, with energy gained in hope that I could once again, see this beautiful green planet once again.

Answer:
Children's emotional bonds with their parents have significant implications for their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Children who have positive relationships with their parents tend to be more confident, empathetic, and better able to regulate their emotions. Additionally, these emotional bonds can serve as a buffer during times of stress or adversity, helping children to cope more effectively. On the other hand, children who have insecure attachments to their parents may struggle with emotional regulation, have difficulty forming healthy relationships, and experience a range of negative outcomes later in life. Therefore, the quality of the emotional bonds children have with their parents is a critical factor in their overall development and well-being.

A business wants to see how well its campaigns are going. They've had an ROAS of around 3 in the past, and want to get a bigger return than that. They spent $600 and sold $2,100 worth. How did they do?
The ROAS for this campaign is 3.5, which is higher than the business's past ROAS of 3. This indicates that the campaign was successful in generating a larger return on investment.
To calculate the ROAS, we need to divide the revenue generated by the cost of the campaign.
ROAS = Revenue / Cost

When would the “Outer galaxy” be considered redshifting?
When would the “Outer galaxy” be considered blueshifting?
How does this simulation relate to the Big Bang Theory?
1) Energy of a photon reduces with the decrease of frequency, that is redshift, therefore, a galaxy with redshifted radiation would have reduced brightness and appear further away.
What is redshift? An important concept for astronomers is "red shift." The term can be taken literally; when the light's wavelength is stretched, the light is perceived as having "shifted" toward the red portion of the spectrum. When a source of sound moves in relation to an observer, sound waves experience a similar phenomenon.
2) We measure the blueshift if the outer galaxy is approaching towards us (the wavelengths of light "move" towards blue)
3) As an object moves away from the observer, the wavelengths stretch, resulting in longer wavelengths. Red wavelengths have the longest visible light wavelengths. Wavelengths shorten as objects approach an observer. Blue wave lengths are shorter than average visible light wavelengths.
Hubble discovered that the universe has a general red shift in visible light. This means that the universe is expanding in the opposite direction of the observers. The observation of the red shift is what gave rise to the Big Bang theory.
